We are a principal buyer, not your agent

Hernandez Home LLC is a real estate investment company that buys property for its own account. We are not acting as your real estate broker, agent or fiduciary, and we do not represent your interests in a transaction. You are free — and encouraged — to consult your own broker, attorney, accountant or advisor before selling.

Licensee disclosure

Pedro Hernandez is a licensed Arizona real estate agent affiliated with Realty ONE Group. When purchasing property for his own account he acts as a principal buyer, not as your agent or broker. AZ License #SA694901000. Holding a real estate license does not create an agency relationship between us and you. If you would like representation in a transaction, you should engage your own agent.

No professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial, investment or appraisal advice. Content about zoning, lot splits, entitlements, ordinances and market conditions is general information and may not apply to your specific parcel. Rules change and vary by jurisdiction. Offers

Any offer we make is subject to review of title, property condition, zoning, access and applicable law, and is not binding until reduced to a written purchase agreement signed by both parties. References to a written offer within 24 hours or a closing in as little as 5 days describe what is typically achievable. Actual timelines depend on title condition, occupancy, probate or lien matters, escrow availability and other factors outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
